Curt Hensley - CEO
Curt Hensley, the original founder of Impact Payments Recruiting, currently heads the corporation’s Board of Directors. He remains a very hands-on part of the recruitment and sales staff. Curt’s background includes leading the expansion efforts of Natural Data, a Phoenix based technical recruitment firm. While there, Curt began relationships with TSYS Acquiring Solutions, American Express, Hypercom and several other transaction processing leaders. TSYS Acquiring Solutions later rewarded him and Impact Payments Recruiting with a multi-year agreement to administer their entire recruitment effort. Curt is a graduate of Indiana University and attended Indiana University Medical School in Indianapolis. He and his wife moved to Arizona in 1997 and currently reside in Scottsdale with their 3 children.
J.T. Driscoll – President
J.T. Driscoll leads Impact Payments Recruiting’s operations and also serves on the company’s Board of Directors. He joined Impact Payments Recruiting in 2003 after founding Cura Recruiting Systems, a full service healthcare recruitment firm. Prior to Cura, J.T. served as Vice President of Natural Data, a technical recruiting firm. During his time there, he led the corporation's sales and recruitment efforts in 7 offices around the US. He was a major reason that the company was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing privately held companies. He was twice recognized as Natural Data’s Employee of the Year for his efforts. Currently, J.T. is a Board Member for Entrepreneurs Organization and the AZ Eagles. He holds a BS Degree in Public Relations from Northern Arizona University.
Eric Granado - Director, Issuing & Alternative Payments
Eric Granado has more than a decade of finance-related recruiting experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Joining our firm in 2007, Eric currently heads the Issuing & Alternative Payments Division that includes searches for professionals with Prepaid, ACH, Gift, Loyalty, ATM and Credit/Debit Issuing backgrounds. Prior to Impact Payments Recruiting, Eric recruited Accounting & Finance Professionals with Ajilon Finance Staffing. In 2000, he was part of the Phoenix Branch Team that was awarded the company’s prestigious SuperStars Achievement for the highest revenue generated in permanent placements.
Marc Keller - Director, Merchant Acquiring & Executive Recruiter
Marc Keller leads all the recruiting and account management activities for Impact Payments Recruiting's Dallas office. He joined our firm in 2007 and has since become one of the most effective recruiters in our firm’s history; being recognized multiple times with the Circle of Excellence award. His work includes entry- and senior-level searches across a broad range of industry verticals such as risk, underwriting, product, finance, customer service, technical support, sales and information technology.
Marc Badalucco - Director, Merchant Acquiring
Marc Badalucco joined Impact Payments Recruiting in 2008 after an impressive career at First Data Corporation, working in their Client Services division. He currently directs account management and recruiting efforts in the US and Canada for our merchant acquiring partners. A native of Nebraska, Marc currently resides in North Phoenix and is actively involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and played Division II Baseball for 4 years.
Brian Blume - Director, Merchant Acquiring
Brian Blume is a recruiting and account management leader for Impact Payments Recruiting’s merchant acquiring division. After joining our firm in 2008 as a sales recruiter, he quickly became one of the company’s most effective account managers. Brian has placed multiple top-ranked professionals with small and large processors and has run multiple large and very successful sales recruiting programs. Originally from Wisconsin, Brian is a graduate of Arizona State University's Hugh Downs School of Communication and currently lives in Scottsdale.
