Curt Hensley - CEO
Curt Hensley, the original founder of Impact Recruiting Group, currently heads the corporation’s Board of Directors. Curt’s background includes leading the expansion efforts of Natural Data, a Phoenix based technical recruitment firm. While there, Curt began relationships with American Express, Motorola, TSYS Acquiring Solutions, Intel, and several other top technology operations. He left Natural Data to start Impact Recruiting Group and was immediately rewarded with a multi-year agreement to administer the entire recruitment effort for TSYS Acquiring Solutions which consisted of several difficult technical disciplines. The savings to this flagship client exceeded $712,000 in the first year alone! Curt is a graduate of Indiana University and attended Indiana University Medical School in Indianapolis. He and his wife moved to Arizona in 1997 and currently reside in Scottsdale with their 3 children.
J.T. Driscoll – President
J.T. Driscoll leads Impact Recruiting Group’s operations and also serves on the company’s Board of Directors.
He joined the organization in 2003 after founding Cura Recruiting Systems, a full service healthcare recruitment firm. Prior to Cura, J.T. served as Vice President of Natural Data, a technical recruiting firm. During his time there, he led the corporation's recruitment efforts in 7 offices around the US. He was a major reason that the company was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing privately held companies. He was twice recognized as Natural Data’s Employee of the Year for his efforts. Currently, J.T. is also a Board Member for Entrepreneurs’ Organization and holds a Chair position for the AZ Eagles. He holds a BS Degree in Public Relations from Northern Arizona University.
